What can a guardian see about a learner's progress?

A guardian dashboard shows progress summaries, without the learner's raw answers, attempt-level detail, or assessment evidence, so a family sees how a learner is doing without seeing exactly what they answered.

How does guardian consent work?

A guardian link moves through invited, consent-pending, active, and then revoked or legacy states as consent is given, withdrawn, or the learner reaches consent maturity age.

At what age does a learner manage their own consent?

The default consent maturity age is 16. A school can set its own age between 13 and 18, and the link automatically becomes read-only once the learner reaches it.

What extra consent does a guardian control?

A guardian can grant or withhold consent for the AI companion, community features, and research analytics separately for each child. Each of these defaults to withheld until a guardian turns it on.

Can a guardian pay for a learner's subscription?

Yes. A guardian can sponsor a linked child's subscription plan from their own account, and can cancel a sponsorship they created.

Who handles a concern about a learner's account?

A guardian can raise it through the same support desk as any other account question, with the learner's school context attached when the account is school-issued.
